Terms & Conditions


All prices are in £ sterling and are shown inclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time and without prior notification.


Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days.

Some items ordered may not be available for immediate dispatch and a suitable alternative may be offered.


Should you find on receipt of your parcel that something is unsuitable you may return it for a refund within 14 days. The item(s) must be returned unused in the original packaging, with labels intact, and in a resalable condition.

We will endeavour to open and process your parcel within three working days of its receipt but please note in busy times this may take up to seven working days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).

We are only able to offer customers a refund if we can offer the returned item for sale as new again. If on receipt of your return it is apparent that you have failed to comply with our terms and conditions the goods will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own expense.

When returning an order, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs. Only in special circumstances would returns cost be refunded ie item is faulty or incorrectly packaged.

We are not responsible for goods in transit to us. When sending a return parcel we advise that you either use a tracked service or keep your Post Office proof of posting receipt. Any parcels lost in transit on their return would have to be claimed from Royal Mail with your posting receipt.

Colour Reproduction

We take every care to ensure that the images used are correct and the colour shown accurately; however we are not liable for your browser bar setting, your interpretation of colour or the environment in which you first viewed the garment on the screen and the environment in which you opened your parcel. A slight colour variation may become apparent on receipt of your order. 

First Aid Kits & Equipment

Some of our first aid kits and other items may include scalpels and/or syringes. By ordering, you are declaring that you are over the age of 18.


Once your order has been placed we are not usually able to cancel or amend it, please follow our return instructions to return the order to us.

In line with the Directive on Consumer Rights you have a 14 day cooling off period in which to cancel your order in full. All items from your order must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, and we must also have in advance, a request by telephone, email or letter from you clearly stating that you wish to cancel the full order. We would then refund the full cost of the order including the original shipping charge.

This does not include the cost of returns, which must always be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect- please then contact us to organise a prepaid bag/ collection of your goods.

If your return is posted outside the 14 day cooling off period, or if only part of the order is returned then the original postage will not be refunded.

Directive on Consumer Rights

You have a right to cancel your order for up to fourteen working days following the day after the date of delivery for any item purchased through the catalogue or website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel any order, you can telephone, e-mail or write a letter to us quoting your customer number and order number stating that you are cancelling your order. You must take reasonable care of the items and retain all original packaging. Returning your items within 14 days of cancellation will result in a prompt refund of the item/s and any original postage charge. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed incorrect or faulty, please contact us to organise a prepaid bag/ collection for the goods. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed couriers direct costs from the refund given.

Providing the goods are received back with their original packaging and all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.

Third Party Websites

As part of our promotional activity we notify third party websites of specific offers, discount codes and product or category specific promotions with fixed term dates. Trekwear is not responsible for errors in the published dates of these offers on third party websites. As a convenience to Trekwear customers, the Trekwear.co.uk website includes links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control. Trekwear is not responsible for content on the Internet or World Wide Web pages or any other site outside the Trekwear.co.uk site.

Limitation of liability

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).

Pricing Errors

Trekwear accepts that on occasion the site may display pricing, typographical, or other errors. In this instance, Trekwear will notify customers of any errors and give them the option of cancelling or confirming their orders. Trekwear reserves the right to cancel any order prior to despatch.

Promotional Activity & Offers

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. Trekwear shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any eCoupon or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use an e-Coupon for any reason. We reserve the right to vary or terminate the operation of any eCoupon at any time without notice. Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.Your statutory rights are not affected.


We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again. We will make every effort to rectify genuine problems as expediently as possible.
