Bear Grylls has become less reckless

31/01/2012 09:16
Bear Grylls.Bear Grylls has become more responsible over time, as he used to be 120 per cent reckless and is now 90 per cent, but his wife would life him to be just 60 per cent reckless.

This is according to an interview the chief scout undertook for the Telegraph in which he reflected on his career and Kate Middleton getting involved with the organisation.

Having broken his back in a parachuting accident as a young man and being father to three children, you would think that taking fewer risks would be a good idea, but challenges come naturally to Bear.

Only 18 months after the accident he became one of the youngest people to scale the world's highest mountains, Everest.

He told the news provider: "I’ve fallen down crevasses, been bitten by snakes, been knocked unconscious, [and] had various limbs broken."

The adventurer doesn't look keen to give up his reckless ways as he thinks about embarking on a tour later this year in order to relay his extraordinary tales.ADNFCR-2054-ID-801279026-ADNFCR
