Exchanging and Returning Unsuitable Items
We ask that you consider an exchange before requesting a refund if the garment is unsuitable due to size. Please check with us that the item(s) you wish to exchange are available in the size and colour you require before requesting your exchange. Please email us with details of the required exchange to enable the item(s) to be reserved ready for dispatch as soon as your return parcel is received here, this can be done using the online returns form. If you require the exchange quickly, i.e within 7-10 days then it is best to place a new order for the item(s) to enable immediate dispatch and return the unsuitable ones for a refund.

Should you find on receipt of your parcel that something is unsuitable you may return it for an exchange or refund providing you have not damaged the goods or internal packaging. Please take care to gently cut through only the sticky tape to get the item out of the bag, and please DO NOT RESEAL the internal plastic bag containing the garment with more tape and DO NOT USE TAPE on the internal plastic bag. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging, with labels intact, in new condition and with proof of purchase (your invoice acts as proof of purchase) and brief details of the required action i.e. exchange as per email or refund requested.

You may like to reuse the bag the parcel arrived in (if applicable) by turning it inside out, placing your return item inside together with your proof of purchase (a copy of your invoice). You are generally responsible for the cost of returning unsuitable items to us and you will incur a greater return postage charge if you choose to use a cardboard box.

We are not responsible for goods in transit to us. When sending a return you may ask for a Proof of Posting Certificate 4679, which is free from any Post Office on request. You may choose to pay for an additional service if you wish. Please send your parcel to Trekwear at the address shown on the bottom of your invoice (Trekwear, Unit 6, Whaddon Business Park, Whaddon, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP5 3HF); you may tear off the bottom portion of your invoice showing the address to use as a label if you wish.

We are only able to offer our Customers a refund if we can offer the unsuitable returned item as new again. If on receipt of your return it is apparent that you have failed to comply with our terms and conditions the goods will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own expense.

If an item proves to be faulty please contact us with the details; we will supply a pre-paid bag for the return of the item and you may choose to receive a replacement item. Should we send out an incorrect item in error please contact us with the details; we will supply the correct item together with a pre-paid bag for the return of the incorrect item (providing you are happy and able to visit a Post Office).
