Then send us this form by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page. This will ensure that we know about your impending return and reserve stock that you may need. We cannot offer exchanges for a completely different product. You will need to place a new order for the desired item and use this form to obtain a refund for your unwanted item(s). Refunds will be processed on receipt of returned goods.
