Women in the capital city are getting their walking shoes ready for the marathon MoonWalk this weekend to raise money for breast cancer research. Radio 1 DJ Sara Cox will be among those heading out into the streets of London in her bra for the event.
"I think I'm underestimating how exciting it's going to be on the night," she told a BBC Newsbeat reporter.
She added: "I'd wanted to do the MoonWalk for the past few years."
Cox went on to say she had not yet decorated her bra but was looking forward to getting there and getting her free bumbag.
London will host the 26-mile MoonWalk and the 13-mile half MoonWalk on Saturday 16th May and events will take place in Edinburgh on June 20th.
A SunWalk is set to raise money in Bristol on July 5th and in Newcastle on July 19th.
The event's official website recommends walking as an excellent social event and says the activity can be a good way of spending time with friends as well as keeping fit.
