X-LT Footwear Technology
1) Lightweight Upper - Made from high performance leathers and/or synthetic fabrics. Designed and constructed to be lightweight, flexible, supportive and offer protection against the elements.
2) Ergo Footbed - The lightweight EVA Ergo Footbed supports and cossets the foot reducing friction and shock impact. Its ergonomically designed compression moulded heel and forefoot cradle the foot. Heel shock pads maximise underfoot comfort during the heel strike phase of the walking cycle.
3) Insole - Provides torsional support, sweat management and sweat control.
4) X-LT Compression moulded mid sole - Made from extremely lightweight compression moulded EVA (Phylon) this layer provides dual density shock absorption and stability. X-LT footwear has a higher proportion of EVA midsole to outsole to reduce the weight of the product.
5) Carbon Rubber Outsole - X-LT lightweight, reduced thickness carbon rubber outsole. X-LT sole technology balances reduced product weight with hardwearing durability and maximised sole grip for reliable performance in the outdoors.
