Delivery Information
Your goods are packaged and dispatched normally within 5 working days, and an update will be sent to your email address on the day of dispatch. We use both Parcelforce and Royal Mail First Class Post; if you know that courier drivers have trouble finding your address please provide additional instructions at the time of ordering.

A standard delivery charge of £4.95 is applied to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, IOW, Scilly Isles and The Isle of Man. For delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands we charge £9.95 for orders over £24.00, and £4.95 for orders under £24.00 (our Customers from the Channel Islands will find their order is automatically void of Value Added Tax when Jersey/Guernsey is selected as delivery country).

Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery - Monday to Friday (exluding bank holidays) **SEE BELOW FOR SATURDAY DELIVERIES**This service is available for UK mainland addresses only and requires a signature on receipt, for which there is a charge of £8.00. Some items ordered may not be available for immediate dispatch and a suitable alternative may be offered. To enable your order to be delivered the next day you will need to place it before 3.30pm, otherwise your order will be dispatched on the next work day. Please telephone us on 01722 710 754 to confirm your order when using this service or email us marked 'urgent re: order number'

**If you would like a Saturday delivery please contact our office on 01722 710754 for availability and advice regarding any possible additional charges.

Orders valued at over £50.00 are dispatched with signature required on delivery via Parcelforce. If you are a UK resident and know that you are likely to be at work and no one will be at home to sign for the parcel, consider giving your works address or a trusted neighbour’s address as the delivery address so that someone will be available to sign.

If your order is valued over £50.00 but under £100.00 you may choose to leave a signed note for the courier requesting that the parcel is left 'some where safe' - you must advise us at the time of ordering using the comments box. We do not know exactly what time your delivery will arrive and we can not accept responsibility for missing deliveries if you have instructed us to instruct the courier to leave the parcel 'some where safe' without obtaining a signature and accepting your note instead.

Free delivery on UK orders over £100.00 which must be signed for on receipt. If having used the free delivery option with an order over £100 and you subsequently return items for a refund and your remaining order is less than £100 in value, then you will be charged the standard £4.95 postage.

We are happy to dispatch to the Republic of Ireland (and most of the rest of Europe) but we do ask that the cardholders billing address and the delivery address be the same and that someone is present to sign for receipt of the parcel. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and are working towards lifting this restriction. Please contact us for delivery charges for other European destinations, as these vary depending on the weight of the parcel (£10.00 - £30.00).

We are happy to accept BFPO addresses. We do not currently accept P.O. Box addresses.

Countries where we currently despatch to are: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, BFPO addresses, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Jersey/Guernsey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and all of the UK.
