Delivery Information
Your order is normally dispatched within 5 working days and we will send you an email to confirm the dispatch details when your order leaves our warehouse.
Our couriers - Yodel, Hermes, DHL, DPD or Royal Mail will deliver your order within the timescale of your chosen delivery method.
All deliveries are normally working days Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm.
We do offer next working day deliveries on our products, which is charged at £5.95 per order. As long as the items are in stock you will be able to select this option at the checkout. Our cut off time for orders is 3.00pm, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
For a Saturday delivery you will need to select Next Day Saturday Delivery from the drop down menu (Only available to choose thursday 3pm- friday 3pm).
We do also offer a collection service from our main office, which is located on the outskirts of Salisbury in Wiltshire, so if you do live nearby, you are more than welcome to come and collect your goods (Monday- Friday, 9am- 4pm).
If you are out when they attempt delivery, they will leave a card with information on how to have the parcel redelivered, or collected from your local depot
Some items ordered may not be available for immediate dispatch and a suitable alternative may be offered.
All standard orders for UK mainland delivery of £75.00 and over will be delivered FREE of charge but please note that if you subsequently return items for a refund and your remaining order is less than £75.00 in value you will be charged the standard £3.95 delivery charge.

We can also deliver to a different address other than the billing address; just fill out the details in the order summary section of the checkout under delivery address. At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
