Wildman Bear Grylls took Hollywood A-lister Will Ferrell into the wild in an episode of his hit TV show Man Vs Wild which was screened last week.

In the show, Grylls takes the star of Anchorman and Talladega Nights to the Arctic for a 48-hour survival mission.

Grylls has made a name for himself by surviving in the most inhospitable environments, risking life and limb in treacherous forests, and icy wastelands,
he is also the youngest ever Briton to climb Mount Everest aged 23.

Bear Grylls said prior to the show: "He's going to be a very big Hollywood fish out of water."

Actor and comedian Will Ferrell said: "I don't know I got myself into this, I don't even like camping."

Ferrell was forced to eat deer eyeballs in the show which was screened on Channel Four last week.
