We do our best to assist you and provide you with an efficient and helpful service and we are happy to take your telephone calls from 8am till 5pm week days. We welcome enquiries through email and endeavour to respond to general queries within 48 hours. We do open and read the messages and we do take any necessary action relating to live orders, but the majority of email responses are processed during the afternoon.

The majority of packages dispatched need to be signed for and you must provide a suitable address where someone will be available to take receipt of the parcel. You will find information regarding the delivery of parcels and details of how to make an exchange and a return in the drop down box under Customer Services. This information also forms part of our Terms and Conditions and it is important that you read it.
